Our training workshops are built with interactive elements ranging from facilitated discussions to table-top activities to exciting outdoor physical challenges, and targeted to address some of the following corporate training needs. All of our programs include a team needs assessment.

Leadership

Develop leadership skills and leadership development plans. Assess current leadership competencies and practice leading teams.

Practice sending and receiving messages one-on-one, giving and accepting feedback, communicating with other teams and resolving conflict.

FIRO (B)

Use the FIRO(B) with your team to improve communication, reduce conflict, promote diversity, leverage individual strengths and shape corporate culture.

iZone corporate programs are designed, directed and delivered by a set of professionals who have run organisations & teams. They bring knowledge of real life team challenges, group process work, organizational change, personal growth and leadership.

Safety Measure

Safety is the first priority at iZone and we maintain a excellent safety profile. Thus safety comes first, followed by learning and fun. While we are confidant that we have ‘safety best practices’ in place, that does not let us get complacent. As an organisation which enjoys the great bounty that nature has bestowed upon us, the iZone team takes its social responsibility very seriously. We are commited to the physical, psychological, and emotional safety of every participant, and staff member, and ourselves. We spare no effort to provide a safe experience and create an environment.

At remote locations we have assitant facilitators who are Wilderness First Responders

Each one of these aspects is addressed in all our programs ensuring complete safety to participants.

All iZone programs are run by Leave No Trace (LNT) ethics. LNT is about respecting and caring for the wild and for doing our part to protect our limited resources. The way to this is simple, but impactful: change of behavior.
